Taster workshops in Garden Design and Digital Animation have been run for residents of Chelmsford.

CADE has been working with Chelmsford Borough Council to create the workshops partly using monies from the Economic Challenge Investment Fund (ECIF).

An Introduction to Garden Design – Sunday 31 May 2009mled by Richard Romang, Lecturer Landscape & Garden Design.

The workshop was designed to create an awareness of the design process and how it is applied to designing a garden. The feedback was excellent and CADE hopes to stay in touch with attendees to receive updates on the designs for their gardens.

An Introduction to Digital Animation - Sunday 7 June 2009 led by David Riches, New Media Designer.

The workshop was designed to create an awareness of animation and the digital tools needed to create an animation. The day was a great success.
