Some of the best opportunities for research are found at the interface of disciplines. At a first glance scientists and artists may appear to operate in entirely different ways but both use their work as ways to measure or understand the universe. Artists and scientists often share lines of enquiry, and there is the potential to bring together both qualitative and quantitative methodologies in order to search for answers. CADE provides opportunities for these synergistic collaborations to take place, and to allow both processes and outcomes to be used within the curriculum.
